    Myterraingear.com does not sell products for purchase by minors. If you are under 18 years of age, do not submit any information without the express consent and participation of a parent or guardian.

    We appreciate being contacted when incorrect descriptions are discovered. We reserve the right to correct the erroneous descriptions that are found.
  • What if technical information is incorrect?
    We provide this information as a convenience to our Customers and appreciate being contacted when incorrect information is discovered. We reserve the right to correct the errors that are found.
  • Do you combine orders from your webstore and purchased from you on eBay?
    Sorry, but no. Our webstore is operated independent of our eBay store and orders cannot be combined.

  • What methods of payment are available online?
    We accept the following forms of payment on myterraingear.com.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    Sales Tax will be added to the total price of your order for two reasons:
    1. The address where you plan to receive your order is in the State of Texas.
    2. The address where you plan to be billed for the order is in the State of Texas.
    If both addresses are located outside of the State of Texas, no sales tax will be added.
  • What is a discount code?
    A discount code is a coupon code used to receive discounts from My Terrain Gear. Discount codes are not always available, and are only valid for a limited time.
  • Where do I find discount codes?
    Discount codes are usually sent directly to Customers through promotional e-mails. These go to Customers who have signed up to receive Promotional emails from My Terrain Gear.
    If you have an account, and you're not sure if you are signed up to receive Promotional emails, please check your email preferences.
    If you'd like to sign up for promotional e-mails, please submit your address in the form at the bottom of any page.
  • How do I use a discount code?

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping cost will vary because it’s based on the total weight and destination of your order. You can check the shipping cost prior to completing your order on the Shopping Cart page under Estimate Shipping and Tax or the Check Out page.
  • How do I return an order?
  • Can I order if I live outside the U.S.?
    Shipping is restricted to residents of the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington D.C.
    We also do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Guam or Puerto Rico addresses.
    Ammunition will not be shipped to residents of California, Connecticut, Illinois, New Jersey, or New York
    In addition, your billing address must be within the U.S.
  • Can I get replacement parts for a product?
    You will need to contact the product manufacturer directly.
  • Is there a warranty on purchased products?
    Most major brand name products purchased from My Terrain Gear are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. If you have any warranty questions regarding an item you purchased please contact the manufacturer directly.

  • What is a wish list? How is it used?
    Your Wish List allows you to save items for purchase in the future. Friends and loved-ones can view your list for gift ideas, or you may just want to treat yourself. You can add items to your Wish List by clicking on the "Add to Wish List" link on any product page. You can also move items from your Shopping Cart to your Wish List by clicking on the "Move to Cart" button next to an item in your Shopping Cart. When you are ready to purchase an item from your Wish List, simpy click on the "Move to Cart" button next to an item, go to your Shopping Cart, and click on the "Checkout Now" button.
  • How do I check product availability?
    Since our real-time inventory system is tied directly into our website, you'll always know whether the item you're looking for is in-stock. You can check the availability of a product while viewing browsing/search results, or on any product page.
  • What are product reviews? How do they work?
    Product Reviews provide a means for our Customers to give us feedback about our products. They also help other Customers make their decisions about which products they should purchase. If a product has been reviewed, there will be a stars under the product name. To read the reviews, click on Reviews tab. If you'd like to review a product, click on the "Write a Review" link on a product page.
  • Can I send a product page to a friend? How?
    Yes, by using the "E-Mail to a Friend" feature. If you find something you know your friend will want, or you want to check with someone to make sure you're buying the right thing: try this feature. Using this feature creates an email message containing a special link to the product page you've found. You can also type a brief message to them. To send a page to a friend, click on the "E-Mail to a Friend" link on any product page.
